Overview We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled SAP Product Analyst (Retail Digital Systems) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, rollout, and optimization of retail digital solutions across a global portfolio of luxury brands. You will gather and analyze business needs, translate them into functional requirements, and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Working closely with Product Owners, Subject Matter Experts, and Program Managers, you will support projects from requirement gathering to post-implementation hypercare. This position requires strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in an international environment with distributed teams.
Responsibilities Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams for retail-related initiatives.
Conduct business analysis, including stakeholder interviews, process mapping, and documentation of current and future states.
Lead and manage retail-related projects and sub-streams within global deployment programs.
Support project planning, coordination, and execution of retail system rollouts.
Perform gap analysis, refine functional requirements, and track design decisions.
Coordinate boutique rollouts, including infrastructure setup and onsite support.
Manage cutover activities with infrastructure, market, brand, and support teams.
Provide post-rollout hypercare, ensuring timely resolution of retail issues.
Collaborate on troubleshooting integration issues across SAP, POS, and GK systems.
Align retail solutions with program milestones and delivery streams.
Maintain clear documentation, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Monitor and report SLAs, ensuring compliance with expectations.
Work with cybersecurity and compliance teams to uphold proper controls.
Deliver regular updates to stakeholders and proactively escalate issues.
Mentor team members and foster collaborative ownership of deliverables.
Provide ongoing support for retail solutions and escalate to technical teams when necessary.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills Solid experience with SAP Retail, particularly :
SAP SD order management, pricing, finance integration
SAP UI5 and Fiori Launchpad (functional knowledge)
GK POS expertise (installation, configuration, log retrieval, troubleshooting)
Experience with inventory management tools (e.g., Sovia)
Knowledge of infrastructure coordination and EFT terminal deployment
Proficiency in business analysis techniques (use case modeling, process flows, user stories)
Understanding of cutover plans, hypercare methodology, and incident management
Familiarity with OSS note investigation prior to raising tickets
End-to-end project delivery experience across multiple stakeholders
Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and retail system incident / change management
Soft Skills Excellent communication and requirement-gathering abilities
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
High sense of ownership and accountability for deliverables
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a 24 / 7 retail context

Education & Language Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
Fluency in English (additional languages are an advantage)
