Responsibilities Conduct research to identify potential clients within or across targeted industries, keeping an up‐to‐date client database. Follow up on leads to convert prospects into clients. Support identification of new market segment opportunities for Operational service offerings. Sourc candidates through advertising, searching, and networking with talents in logistics, skilled trades, contact center, hospitality, and retail. Conduct comprehensive candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to align them with client's specific job requirements for operational and contingent workers. Participate in client meetings to discuss project details, candidate profiles, and search strategies. Provide interview preparation and coaching to candidates applying for operational roles. Communicate effectively with team members to identify needs and evaluate alternative recruiting solutions within Operational Talent Solutions.
