Job Description As VP Technology and EXCOM member, you will lead the transformation of our international marketplace. You will translate strategic and commercial priorities into technical decisions, build and lead teams that deliver, and own the direction on our technical and data stack. The role sits at the intersection of engineering leadership, system integration, and business strategy.
Responsibilities Own the technology and platform transformation strategy, bridging business ambition and technical execution across 25 countries.
Drive architecture coherence in a complex, multi‐stack environment and arbitrate build‐vs‐buy‐vs‐configure decisions.
Represent the tech function at executive committee level and translate strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps.
Lead a multidisciplinary organization of 25‐30 people (developers, project managers, squad leads) across multiple geographies.
Operate in an evolving structure, bringing clarity and momentum to teams during transformation.
Foster a delivery culture built on ownership, technical frugality, and measurable outcomes.
Oversee the full application landscape (ERP, CRM, ATS, Data Platform) and drive integration projects with a tool‐agnostic approach.
Ensure reliability, security, and scalability across all platforms.
Manage budgets, vendor relationships, and external partners.
Supervise the Matching & Intelligence squad and own the quality of the matching algorithm across 500,000+ profiles.
Sponsor the deployment of AI agents across Sales and Ops teams.
Qualifications 10+ years in technology leadership, including at least 5 in an operational role (VP Engineering, VP Product, CTO, Head of Digital or equivalent) ideally at Series B/C scale or in a services business with real tech depth.
Proven background in marketplace, B2B platform, or professional services environments with significant digital complexity.
Track record of driving architecture decisions and integration projects (ERP, CRM, ATS, Data Platform) across multiple countries and teams.
Operational fluency: reads a business problem and turns it into a technical priority.
Build‐vs‐buy judgment: integrates and orchestrates rather than rebuilds.
AI & data literacy: knows what good looks like in ML matching and is hands‐on with generative AI adoption.
People leadership: has built and run tech teams of 10 to 30 people across geographies.
Executive communication: translates technical stakes into business language in front of an EXCOM.
Fluent in English and French.
