IT Operations Intern Support
We are seeking a young talent to assist with the following functions:
* Provide first-level systems support, maintenance, and administration within our computing environment.
* Perform on-site and remote analysis, diagnosis, and incident resolution for end-users.
* Recommend and implement corrective solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Install, configure, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end-user related hardware and software to meet or exceed published SLAs.
2. Effectively manage customer relationships during the entire support process.
3. Receive and respond to incoming calls, Service Desk tickets, and/or emails regarding IT support.
4. Communicate problems and resolutions with the IT team to deliver effective IT services.
Technical Specifications and Documentation
Write technical specifications for hardware/software configurations, installations, and deployments. Accurately document instances of desktop equipment or component failure, installation, and removal within the knowledge database.
Requirements
* Eligible for internship.
* Good level of conversational verbal and written English (min. Upper Intermediate) as well as native language (Spanish).
* Ability to work individually and collaborate in a team, understanding business needs.
* Technical knowledge of PC desktop hardware and software, including MS Windows, MS Office suites, and related applications.
* Technical knowledge of mobile devices.
* Able to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories.
* Dexterity of hands and fingers to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, hand, and power tools.
