Job Overview: The SAP Financials and Controlling Consultant will be responsible for delivering expertise in the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of SAP FI-CO solutions to meet the specific needs of the pharmaceutical industry. Key Responsibilities Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements related to finance and controlling processes. SAP Configuration : Configure SAP FI-CO modules according to industry-specific requirements, including chart of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and internal orders. Implementation : Lead or participate in SAP FI-CO implementation projects, including blueprinting, design, configuration, testing, and deployment phases. Integration Management : Ensure seamless integration between SAP FI-CO and other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP. User Training and Support : Conduct user training sessions and provide post-implementation support to end-users, addressing any issues or questions related to SAP FI-CO functionality. Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the SAP FI-CO landscape, working closely with business stakeholders to prioritize and implement changes. Required Skills and Qualifications Education : Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience : 5 to 10 years of experience as an SAP FI-CO consultant, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or a related sector. SAP Certification : Certification in SAP FI-CO modules is highly desirable. Technical Skills : Proficiency in SAP FI-CO configuration, implementation, and support activities, including familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance.
