Description We are hiring at Telematel for a Marketing Manager to join our team in Barcelona. Telematel is looking for a motivated, hands-on Marketing Manager who will help in driving the growth and success of the company. We’re particularly interested in candidates who are early in their marketing career and eager to take ownership, learn fast, and make a real impact.
Responsibilities Grow the business through customer acquisition and the proliferation of brand advocacy;
drive the number of users of our software platforms and increase subscriber numbers.
Work primarily in digital channels;
test AI for customer acquisition and use innovative marketing methods.
Deliver the full spectrum of marketing activity: collaborate with the sales team, manage budget, gather data and report, create content, and manage digital channels day-to-day.
Be data-driven, highly creative and ambitious;
set big goals andtake personal responsibility for execution.
You will be degree-qualified with academic or professional qualifications in a marketing or related discipline;
likely 3+ years of marketing experience, with proven skills.
Develop and execute growth strategies: collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement strategies aligned with company objectives;
open the funnel and drive quality leads;
expand reach and engagethe target audience;
have knowledge ofSEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
Content creation: craft vibrant content and provide copy for blogs, articles, and marketing campaigns as needed.
Establish social media followings and build brand advocacy.
Digital marketing: use marketing automation platforms;
analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI;
monitor KPIs and provide regular leadership reports with performance insights.
Qualifications About You:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related discipline is essential.
3+ years of marketing experience.
Ideally, SaaS software marketing experience.
Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn and other martech tools.
Ability to roll up sleeves and make things happen;
strong teamwork and collaboration.
Great attention to detail, planning skills, and a strong work ethic;
organized and focused.
Exceptional communication skills;
fluent in English, bothwritten and verbal.
