En Disop buscamos un/a Engineering and Maintenance Manager para liderar la estrategia de ingeniería y mantenimiento en nuestra planta de producción.
Esta posición será clave para impulsar la eficiencia operativa, liderar proyectos de mejora tecnológica, garantizar la continuidad del negocio y fomentar una cultura de rendimiento.
Responsabilidades clave:
Diseñar y ejecutar la estrategia de ingeniería del sitio (corto y largo plazo).
Gestionar al equipo de Mantenimiento e Instalaciones de la planta.
Liderar proyectos de mejora de procesos, productividad y calidad.
Gestionar el mantenimiento y asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de instalaciones.
Participar en la definición de planes de capacidad y presupuestos (OPEX / CAPEX).
Asegurar la continuidad del negocio (BCP), gestionando riesgos operativos.
Impulsar la transformación tecnológica y la adopción de nuevos sistemas.
Definir KPIs operativos, monitorear desempeño y fomentar la mejora continua.
Cumplir con normativas regulatorias (MDR, FDA, entre otras).
Lo que buscamos:
Formación en Ingeniería
+5 años en roles similares en industrias de productos estériles.
Conocimiento sólido en producción, logística y planificación de demanda.
Experiencia liderando equipos técnicos y proyectos complejos.
Nivel alto de inglés.
Certificaciones Lean, Six Sigma, APICS (CPIM/CSCP) son un plus.
