PpbLocation: /b Madrid, Spain bProject Type: /b Data Centre Construction /p h3bProject Start-Up Phase /b /h3 ul liLead the transition from estimating to delivery by arranging and chairing the internal project handover meeting. /li liCoordinate with the Operations Director to determine project staffing requirements and ensure appropriate resource allocation. /li liValidate the project scope and develop key project controls, including the business plan, cost-control systems, cash-flow forecasts, and billable schedules. /li liProduce core project documentation such as the procurement plan, design/drawing schedule, construction programme, S-curves, and manpower histograms. /li liLiaise with the client and design teams to resolve procurement and engineering questions prior to site mobilisation. /li liMobilise subcontractors, suppliers, and labour in line with the business plan and project schedule. /li /ul h3bProject Running Phase /b /h3 ul liOversee the effective day-to-day delivery of all site activities, ensuring progress is aligned with programme, budget, quality, and safety objectives. /li liEnsure the project is delivered on time, within cost parameters, and in compliance with specifications and contractual obligations. /li liMonitor material deliveries, engineering outputs, and quality performance, taking corrective actions where necessary. /li liLead regular client meetings and hold weekly progress meetings with subcontractors, ensuring safety, training, and coordination topics are addressed. /li liConduct monthly internal team meetings to track progress against project milestones. /li liMeasure productivity weekly and maintain accurate progress control documentation. /li liSubmit monthly reports to the Operations Director to manage commercial exposure and project risk. /li liManage and coordinate all aspects of the MEP installation, ensuring subcontractors and internal teams deliver in accordance with project specifications. /li liEnsure full compliance with health, safety, and welfare requirements throughout project execution. /li /ul h3bProject Completion Phase /b /h3 ul liCoordinate testing, commissioning, and handover activities, ensuring all requirements are defined, scheduled, and executed before formal commissioning begins. /li liEnsure all systems are demonstrated to the client and relevant authorities (e.g., Building Control) in line with project requirements. /li liWork with the Quantity Surveyor to prepare, submit, and agree the final account in line with commercial objectives. /li liProduce a detailed project close-out report for the Operations Director, covering commercial, technical, and delivery performance. /li liMaintain communication with the client throughout the warranty/defects period and manage retention processes. /li liComplete all post-project duties, including site clearance, document archiving, financial closure, lessons-learned reviews, and secure disposal of confidential information. /li /ul h3bQualifications Experience /b /h3 ul liHND in Construction, Building Services, Engineering, or an equivalent discipline. /li liProven experience delivering large-scale Mechanical Electrical projects from start-up through to handover. /li liStrong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret contract requirements and manage commercial risk. /li liDemonstrated ability to prioritise and lead Health, Safety, and Environmental responsibilities. /li liStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
