This role will report directly to the Group Head of Solution Engineering.The Pre Sales Solution Engineer will work closely with the Sales team to drive complex solution sales and support presales activities. The role will act as the solution subject matter expert during the sales cycle, owning the end to end solution design to solve specific customer problems. The position involves working with both technical and functional aspects of the solution, assisting with technical questions during the sales process, and supporting the initial stage of project specification.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Activation and Implementation: Help partners activate and implement solutions post signing to ensure a smooth transition from sales to delivery.Sales Support: Work alongside the commercial team to define and deliver customized solutions for larger accounts.ERP Integration Understanding: Understand how solutions can integrate with ERP systems. Programming skills are not required, but the ability to translate technical challenges into business terms is essential.Solution Definition and Customization: Define and present tailored solutions to meet customer requirements.Technical Communication: Analyze and explain the functional aspects of the solution using clear technical language.Post Signing Implementation: Ensure that the client successfully implements the solution after contract signing.Consulting Experience: Work with top tier consulting firms like Deloitte and Accenture experience in a Big 4 is highly valued.Proof of Concept (PoC): Collaborate with the sales team to execute proof of concept activities, including configuring and implementing product demonstrations for potential customers.Customer Engagement: Provide ongoing support and demonstrations for large clients to increase adoption and product understanding.Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to drive customer satisfaction and sales growth.Cross Functional Collaboration: Work with product development, marketing, and other teams to gather and share knowledge, enhancing overall solution delivery.Skills and ExperienceStrong Analytical and Technical Mindset: Ability to assess and define customer needs and translate them into technical solutions.Technical and Business Understanding: Ability to explain the functional aspects of the solution and assess integration potential.No Prior Presales Experience Required: A solid understanding of sales processes and technical requirements is essential.ERP Integration Knowledge: While coding skills
