The person will be responsible for establishing and maintaining project management standards, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs and quality, and supporting the Head of Projects Development in the execution of projects, fully aligned with FDI strategy including cutting-edge sustainable and innovative solutions /ppThis role requires a person experienced in the management and coordination of projects in the preconstruction, construction, ready for service, and delivery to the end customer phases of large-scale data center projects /ppbr/ppbr/ppbRequirements: /b /pulliMinimum demonstrable experience of 10 years as a Project Manager, preferably at least 3-5 of them in data centre projects. /liliKnowledge of the data centre project lifecycle. /liliPMP, PRINCE2 or similar certification (desirable). /liliExcellent communication and leadership skills. /liliProficient in project management tools (MS Project, Primavera, Jira, etc.). /liliAbility to solve problems and make effective decisions. /liliThe following would be an asset. /liliPrevious experience in critical or mission critical environments. /liliKnowledge of technical regulations applicable to Data Centres. /liliExperience in international or multicultural environments. /li /ulpbKey Responsibilities: /b /pulliDevelop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule and budget. /liliEstablish and maintain project management methodologies, tools and templates. /liliSupport the supervision of Ferrovial Digital Infraestructures portfolio of Data Centre projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. /liliReporting to the Head of Projects Development, on the status of the projects under development, with details on progress, costs, risks, deviations, change orders, among others. /liliPreparation of executive reports and dashboards for Head of Projects Development. /liliIdentify risks and propose mitigation plans. /liliCoordinate multidisciplinary teams in the development of projects (engineering, general contractor, contractors, IT, operations, administration, including substation works, and power). /liliEnsure compliance with local regulations and international standards. /liliCoordinate with the rest of the project development team in the Digital Infrastructure division. /liliCoordinate internal and external resources for the execution of projects. /liliEnsure the availability and appropriate allocation of resources. /liliMonitor project progress and make adjustments where necessary. /liliManage the relationship with clients and all stakeholders. /liliPerform risk management and formulate contingency plans. /liliConduct project status reporting and communicate progress to management. /liliEnsure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget. /liliFoster a positive and collaborative working environment. /liliEstablish and maintain project management methodologies, tools and templates. /liliReporting to the Head of Projects Development, on the status of the projects under development, with details on progress, costs, risks, deviations, change orders, among others. /liliPreparation of executive reports and dashboards to support Head of Projects Development. /liliProvide qualified input to inform and update the CAPEX and associated cash flows understanding impacts associated with decision making process during preconstruction phase, and in the same way inform and update the variations orders that could be possible during the construction. /liliAnalysis of suppliers' offers and detailed benchmark. /liliAssist in developing capital project programs and budgets for new critical equipment and major repairs. /li /ul
