Your Tasks
1. Develop job requirements with line managers
2. Plan and carry out sourcing; set up advertisements according to job descriptions
3. Organize and conduct structured interviews
4. Screen résumés and job applications, conducting initial interviews to assess applicants' suitability for the role
5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
6. Advise line managers on final selection and clarify contract terms
