Network Architect

We are looking for a Network Architect who will tackle a unique network project, with the intention of improving the user connectivity experience and mitigating cyber risks, for a well-known client in the insurance industry.
In this position you will have the following responsibilities:
1. Contribute and support a medium to long term product evolution and continuous product improvement.
2. Manage the advice, selection, design, secure build and integration of products in scope.
3. Facilitate communications and interactions between functional groups, IT Services, strategic partners and suppliers.
4. Ensure delivery and support of QOS solutions.
5. Provide highly specialized support on network products and services.
6. Define, advertise and ensure delivery of sustainable, robust and secure solutions.
7. Collaborate closely with other teams and programs.
What you need to perform in this position is:
8. At least 5 years experience in similar positions or network architecture.
9. Relevant experience with LAN, WLAN and WAN.
10. Leadership: display a strong results orientation, change leadership, adaptability and ability to drive collaborative behavior.
11. Efficient and assertive communication: understand and discuss with both senior management and IT, and to explain in clear language complicated architectural concepts and strategies.
12. Openness and open-mindedness: show curiosity and be able to see opportunities in situations, not just problems.
13. Previous relevant experience in an international environment.
14. High level of English as you will be working with a multicultural team.
15. Willingness to move to Madrid (we offer visa sponsorship).
