Responsibilities
* Assist and advise clients on obtaining credits and mortgages.
* Analyze and evaluate clients' creditworthiness.
* Negotiate loan terms with financial institutions.
* Prepare reports and documentation for credit applications.
* Stay updated on laws and regulations related to credit intermediation.
Requirements
Knowledge in Economics, Business Administration, Law, and Finance is valued, along with proficiency in Office tools, especially Excel.
* Stable position within a leading mortgage intermediary in the largest real estate network in the country.
* Paid training during the first month, with ongoing training and career growth opportunities.
* Permanent full-time contract.
