To lead communication about the company's Private Label (PL) development model and strategic PL projects, providing expert advisory on assortment development for PL and Contract Manufacturing clients.
To develop and communicate Persán's value proposition as a specialist in the growth of Private Label (PL) in Home & Personal Care. To lead marketing projects and initiatives to promote the global development of Private Label. To oversee communication of Persán's Private Label model through various channels. To conduct competitive benchmarking against leading third-party manufacturers. To identify assortment development opportunities through market, consumer, and trend analysis. To provide strategic recommendations and advisory to clients and develop tailored product concepts.
Specific Technical Knowledge:
* Experience working in or with FMCG companies, especially those with a Private Label business model.
* Category management, product management, B2B marketing.
* Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Photoshop, Canva, Excel, and Power BI.
* Knowledge of Nielsen, Circana, and/or Kantar tools.
