What You Will Do:
- Drive growth of distributors, installers, and key accounts across Iberia.- Develop and execute business growth plans and market strategies.- Coordinate customer trainings, marketing programs, and product introductions (NPI).- Conduct customer visits and report all activities in Caesar CRM.- Monitor market trends and take proactive actions to stay ahead.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in distribution channel management- Skills: Build trustful relationships, negotiate effectively, collaborate in cross-functional teams.- Technical Knowledge: Gas control distribution networks and devices.- Language: Local language + fluent in English.- Mobility: Frequent travel; valid driving license.- Soft Skills: Communication, time management, network building, empathy, critical thinking, proactivity, self-awareness.
- Desirable:_- Experience in Industrial or High Purity Gas Control & Installation markets, with proven target achievements.- University degree
