Your Tasks
* Oversee and coordinate the overall maintenance of the industrial facility.
* Manage HVAC systems in critical areas, including paint shops.
* Ensure proper operation and monitoring of pressure lines and auxiliary systems.
* Develop and implement the annual preventive maintenance plan for machines and equipment.
* Manage and negotiate contracts with suppliers and service providers.
* Ensure compliance with aerospace, safety, and environmental regulations, leading improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability.
With this you convince us
* Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or similar.
* Minimum 5 years of experience as Facility Manager in an industrial environment. Desirable Aerospace sector
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems for paint shops and pressure lines.
* Proven experience in contract management and preventive maintenance planning.
* Solid track record in supplier management and project coordination.
* Upper-intermediate level of English (spoken and written). Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
