About the Motion division
Exide Technologies’ Motion division develops top-quality traction batteries and chargers for electric vehicles. Our innovative lead‑acid and lithium‑ion batteries, power material‑handling vehicles and robotics. We serve the OEMs, projects and the replacement market with our and our customers’ top brands.
Position overview
Located in Zaragoza, this position ensures an efficient material management process in the Motion Division. The role involves confirming delivery dates and continuously tracking orders and their statuses, taking appropriate actions to secure delivery dates with key partners and resolving any resulting problems.
Functions
Manage the material management processes within order management, ensuring efficient performance.
Monitor regularly the order status and provide updates in the business.
Receive, track and validate orders and confirm delivery dates.
Take actions where appropriate to resolve any delivery conflict in a timely manner.
Liaise with stakeholders and departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries.
What we ask for
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, business or technical discipline, e.g., operations management or supply chain management.
Advanced Excel functionality.
Strongly required Advanced English and Spanish.
Analysis capacity.
