Sales Representative - Contact Lenses
We are seeking a Sales Representative to join our team at CooperVision, the global leader in contact lenses. As a key player in our sales organization, you will play a vital role in influencing customers to develop the contact lens category by generating new users.
Main Responsibilities:
* Analyze business opportunities and identify growth areas for the contact lens market.
* Influence customers to adopt a proactive approach to contact lenses, shifting their mindsets to prioritize this product category.
* Understand the needs and specifics of each channel, including independent stores, buying groups, and chains.
* Utilize basic tools such as customer journey mapping, POS data, databases, and organizing customer training sessions to develop the contact lens category.
* Implement the Joint Business Planning (JBP) strategy defined for each Key Account (KA).
* Develop the Misight category by educating and encouraging Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) to improve children's lives.
* Follow the coverage plan tailored for each area based on customer segmentation.
* Build strong relationships with customers, including ECPs, owners, and sales staff.
* Negotiate price increases when necessary.
* Contribute to team value and collaborate effectively.
* Stay up-to-date with CooperVision programs and possess basic product knowledge of our products and competitors' offerings.
* Attend congresses and industry events as required.
