Puesto:

\nWe are looking for an Assistant Customer Service to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a replacement period of approximately five months. The selected candidate will support the Customer Service team, contributing to a high-quality and efficient service for our customers.\n

Main responsibilities

\n

- Support in customer service activities for internal and external customers.
\n
- Assist with order processing and follow-up.
\n
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Logistics and Production.
\n
- Help manage customer queries and incidents.
\n
- Update and maintain information in internal systems.
\n

Requisitos:

About you

\n

\n
- Education in Administration, Business, Customer Service or a related field.
\n
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support roles will be an advantage.
\n
- Good command of MS Office tools.
\n
- Intermediate level of English is a plus.
\n
- Organised, proactive and service-oriented, with good communication skills.
\n
