TO CARE .Your responsibilities
You will be working within the Unit Linked & Pension Funds team, responsible for analyzing and overseeing investment portfolios to outperform benchmarks and performance targets, ensuring risk-return profiles adhere to portfolio guidelines, risk appetite, and are aligned with the investment strategy and constraints.Reporting to the Head of Unit Linked & Pension Funds, your key tasks will include:
Supporting the development and implementation of the unit-linked investment strategy.Supporting the development of the ESG integration approach for unit-linked assets in collaboration with the UL central team.Conducting research and due diligence on funds across all asset classes, including alternative investments.Overseeing existing funds/ETFs performance to outperform reference benchmarks in various market conditions.Performing fund selection and ESG analyses within the retail fund universe.Analyzing asset classes and market sectors to assess performance and provide recommendations.Assisting in performance attribution analysis to explain differences between portfolio and benchmark returns.Identifying investment opportunities and trends, as well as undesirable deviations or adverse developments.Staying informed on local and global markets and macroeconomic factors affecting investment strategies.Your Skills and Experience
Ideal candidates will have:
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, statistics, engineering, physics with an economic background;
MSc in quantitative finance or CFA qualification is a plus.At least 3 years of experience in investment management, preferably within an insurance company.Expertise in fund selection and deep knowledge of capital markets and financial products.Strong quantitative skills, proactive attitude, and enthusiasm for financial markets.Excellent communication skills in English;
