Responsibilities

The work as a Business Development Representative (BDR) consists of calling companies in Australia and New Zealand and speaking to the IT managers. There is no selling on the phone. Our job is to gather information by asking the right questions on relevant IT‑related topics. The aim of the call is to generate a "lead": setting up a meeting between the IT manager and our client's sales representative. During our signature Warm Handover™ you will work hand in hand with the sales experts from our clients – such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu – learning with the best of the best about the industry while building up your network of decision‑makers around the globe.


Qualifications

* Native English language speaker
* High level in another European language is desirable, but not required
* Experience working in a phone‑based role
* Target‑driven mentality & can‑do attitude
* The place of residence must be located in the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid)
* Able to work in Spain legally (full‑time)


Working Hours

Early morning shift: 5:00 – 11:00 am, Monday to Friday.


Contract & Compensation

* Permanent contract
* Monthly salary (ca. 1780 €/month) + uncapped commission system – the more leads you generate, the more money you earn
* Internal training provided by our Learning & Development department
* Free Spanish classes

* Free transportation from Moncloa and from El Pinar de las Rozas’ Cercanías Station by Corporate Bus during the first month at our office
* After the first month: Working 5:00 – 11:00 from your home in the Madrid region, except for two Fridays a month at the office (8:00 – 14:00), subject to company rules
* Good working atmosphere – people from all over the world
* Salary is capped at no maximum – commission increases progressively after you generate a certain number of leads
