The Role / El Rol
The Role
El Key Lead es responsable de que todos los clientes reciban una experiencia de calidad en la tienda. Actúa como supervisor de sala, brindando orientación y formación a los asociados de la marca, asegurándose de que las operaciones de tienda se desarrollen de forma efectiva. The Job
The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

* Work Schedule Requirements: Availability schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 20-25 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. In peak periods, hours may increase.
Qualifications / Requisitos
* Educación mínima secundaria (E.S.O)
* Experiencia de al menos 1 año en Retail es recomendada
* CEFR B2 Fluidez en inglés & español, requerida
* No es necesario experiencia previa en un rol de responsabilidad

o Retail Experience- At least 1 year of retail experience is preferred
o Supervisor/ Managerial Experience- No Supervisory/ Management Experience Is Required
o CEFR B2 Fluency in English & Spanish, required
