Responsibilities
- Drive all phases of the software development lifecycle, from feasibility studies and application design to testing, bug fixing, and software maintenance.
- Design, implement, and test high-quality code using C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0 frameworks.
- Act as Scrum Master and servant leader, facilitating progress, resolving blockers, and increasing workplace transparency.
- Empower the team with proven Agile techniques, fostering conflict resolution, situational awareness, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate proactively within self‑organizing teams to estimate, plan, and deliver high‑impact work packages.
- Leverage modern AI‑supporting tools throughout the development lifecycle to optimize coding, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Review application designs, functionality, and source code to champion technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Extensive professional experience in software engineering with strong background in C#, WPF, and .NET 8.0.
- Proven experience serving as Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator, applying Scrum practices and theory.
- Certification in Scrum methodologies (CSM or PSMI) and deep knowledge of servant leadership and facilitation.
- Solid experience with SQL Server, database design, and ORMs such as Entity Framework.
- Practical understanding of modern development ecosystems, including Git/GitHub version control and basic build environments.
- Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to connect teams and resolve conflicts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
