Responsibilities
- Market analysis by assigned area; property prospecting with sale interest
- Management of real estate portals; publication of properties and handling inquiries
- Attending purchase inquiries; financial guidance in collaboration with Grocasa Mortgages, conducting property visits and proposal negotiations
- Administrative follow‑up in the sales process; document control, CRM management, legal support and notary procedures
- Closing of agreements and advanced negotiation
