(5-year horizon). /pp-Work on and define the logistics budget for the B2C scope to ensure a financial trajectory aligned with commitments. /pp-Codefine logistics investments in the B2C scope with Spain and United to guarantee economic, strategic, and technical alignment. /pp-Lead and report on the financial performance of my scope according to the defined KPIs. /pp-Ensure the use of standard economic tools and support the country#39;s pilot program to enable continuous monitoring and responsiveness to unforeseen events. /pp-Apply the principles of sustainable development to our logistics activities, reducing environmental impact and promoting the circular economy. /pp-Ensure the implementation of logistics procedures and control methodologies that monitor logistics processes across the B2C perimeter. /pp-Support and monitor transportation to support its training and development, ensuring compliance at both the local and United levels. /pp-Foster collaboration between B2C warehouse, B2B, and transportation teams to improve efficiency. /pp-Support the implementation of digital tools dedicated to logistics processes across the B2C perimeter. /p pb Requirements /b /p p-Bachelor#39;s/Master#39;s degree. /pp-Experience in team management and coordination. /pp-b Experience /b → Minimum of b3-5 years /b of experience performing similar functions to: General -Management in b Supply Chain (B2C) /b, b Head of B2C /b Logistics Operations with experience in logistics operations, last mile delivery /pp-Regular participation in sports (Company Values). /pp-Driver#39;s license /pp-b Technical Skills (Hard Skills) /b : Proficiency in analysis using Excel, SAP, or IBM tools. Experience in data management and CRM. /pp-b Soft Skills: /b Adaptability, strategic thinking, proactivity, results-oriented, talent management, and customer service orientation. /pp-b Languages : /b Advanced English (C1 level or higher) is essential.
