What will you do?
At INNOCV Solutions, we are expanding and developing new products. You will join one of our teams with the mission to ensure product delivery with quality, on time, and within budget, contributing to our goal of providing clients with innovative, valuable, and enduring solutions tailored to user and customer needs.
This role involves translating client expectations and business requirements, as outlined by the commercial team, into actionable plans for the technical team. Ensures project alignment with client needs and strategic objectives, facilitating a seamless transition from sales to execution.
* Product Management: Deliver quality products with expected profitability. Manage the Product Backlog created with clients, evaluating impact, size, value, and dependencies. Be accountable for scope, exceed client expectations, identify risks, control costs, and develop delivery plans with clients and developers.
* Client Relations: Understand client needs, manage expectations based on quality and efficiency, build trust-based relationships, seek business opportunities, and communicate value metrics to maximize client satisfaction.
* Team Leadership: Foster a sense of contribution, goal orientation, and shared objectives, implementing people management practices such as onboarding and team building.
* Management and Metrics: Collaborate with the Scrum team to deliver value, track work, prepare status reports, and ensure proper measurement of hours and metrics.
What do we value?
* Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or similar.
* Experience managing software development projects/products in a consulting context.
* Proficiency in Scrum/Kanban or Agile methodologies.
* Advanced English skills.
Additionally, although not mandatory, we would also like:
* PMP certification.
* PO / Scrum Master certifications: PSM / PSPO / OSMC / OPOC / CSM / CPO.
* Residence in Madrid.
* Advanced Italian skills.
