We are supporting a European technology company that develops digital tools used by restaurants to manage reservations, optimize table usage, and increase visibility. Operating across several international markets, the company is now launching a new commercial team dedicated to expanding into additional European regions.
This role, located in Barcelona, sits within a newly created Inside Sales unit and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the rollout of new markets, in a fast-moving and collaborative environment.
You will report directly to a Sales Manager responsible for international expansion.
Your Responsibilities
1. Prospect and engage restaurants located in Swiss German–speaking areas, using outbound calls and qualified leads
2. Present and sell a digital solution designed to support restaurant operations (online booking, table management, and promotional tools)
3. Guide restaurant owners and managers through the adoption of the solution
4. Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to activation
5. Work closely with peers to test approaches, share feedback, and continuously improve sales processes
Your Profile
6. Native-level German speaker (Swiss German is an advantage) with a professional command of English
7. Prior experience in outbound B2B sales, ideally within software, tech, or high-volume commercial environments
8. Results-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working with targets
9. Clear and confident communicator, able to adapt messaging to different interlocutors
10. Curious and adaptable mindset, comfortable operating in evolving or undefined contexts
11. Strong organizational skills and autonomy in managing a sales pipeline
12. Familiarity with CRM tools Salesforce or equivalent) is a plus
13. Experience in hospitality is appreciated but not required
