Your mission
The Business Excellence Advisor is responsible for supporting the implementation of the Business Excellence strategy across the commercial organization, ensuring cross-functional alignment to drive excellence in patient and customer experience.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Support and Coordination
Support affiliates in deploying the Business Excellence area and executing the commercial strategy, ensuring strategic alignment between local and global teams.
Lead the implementation of commercial models to drive sustainable growth and efficiency, integrating financial KPIs into decision-making and fostering a cross-functional team dynamic.
Strengthen product launches and maximize commercial impact through global and local collaboration, ensuring strategic alignment and profitability.
Collaborate with People & Sustainability to develop training programs that enhance Business Excellence capabilities and build strong partnerships across corporate and country-level functions.
Drive innovation in the commercial model through Digital, Data & AI, accelerating the shift to a hospital-focused model to enhance efficiency, profitability, and competitive advantage.
Build strong partnerships across corporate and country-level functions, including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Medical teams
Analytics and Data Strategy
Foster a data-driven culture within Ferrer by collaborating on the implementation of a unified data strategy with advanced analytics to drive global commercial excellence.
Work with commercial teams to identify analytics-driven opportunities and implement innovative, data-powered solutions in partnership with the Data Department.
Enhance analytic capabilities and deploy strategic dashboards to enable data-driven decision-making and drive sustainable growth.
CRM Strategy
Define and oversee the global CRM strategy, ensuring alignment with evolving commercial models across affiliates.
Continuously optimize processes by aligning CRM and data strategies with overall business goals.

Requirements:
What You'll Need To Succeed
Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and making an impact on a regional or global scale?
If you have a solid experience in Business/Operational Excellence and are looking for your next challenge.
Education: Preferably a degree in Economics or a related field.
Languages: Proficency in English and Spanish.
Experience: 5+ years in Business/Operational Excellence (regional or global exposure is a plus).
Skills & Competencies:
Strong data skills and expertise in Veeva CRM.
Experience with data visualization tools (PBI, Qlik).
Advanced analytics knowledge.
Project management capabilities.
Strong interpersonal & communication skills – ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
A true team player, able to work effectively in a cross-functional matrix environment.
