Our client is a dynamic and fast‑growing street food restaurant group operating across multiple locations in Spain. As they sharpen their concept in preparation for a wider franchise rollout, they are looking for a commercially driven, hands‑on leader to take the reins as their General Manager. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is energised by building and shaping something from the ground up, rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
