We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Product Marketing Manager to boost awareness, demand, and adoption of our Heat Pumps & Pool Covers. This role involves positioning and promoting our products by defining messaging, understanding customer needs, developing go-to-market strategies, and supporting sales teams with tools for success. You will collaborate with Global Product Managers, Sales, local marketing, and Digital teams to implement strategies that differentiate our products and foster growth.
Your Responsibilities
* Understanding regional customer requirements and industry trends
* Defining product strategy including branding, pricing, and channels, and creating competitive positioning and messaging
* Planning and executing go-to-market strategies for product launches and current products, working with local teams to ensure success and aligning pricing with market demands and margin goals
* Analyzing competitors’ product specifications to inform the global product management team and ensure a correct regional roadmap
* Planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns to generate awareness and demand, developing content and marketing assets, and working with digital marketing
* Developing sales enablement materials like presentations, battle cards, product guides, and training sessions
To succeed, you’ll need:
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus)
* 5+ years experience in product marketing, preferably in home appliances & consumer electronics
* Strong understanding of GTM strategies, customer segmentation, and competitive positioning
* Experience with sales enablement, marketing campaigns, and demand generation
* Analytical skills to interpret market data and insights
* Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
* Proven ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams
* Experience launching products in multiple regions is a plus
