Responsabilidades
* 8+ years of experience in digital and growth marketing
* Deep expertise in Meta and strong performance across Google, TikTok, and other paid channels
* Proven ability to design and execute large-scale marketing strategies with measurable impact
* Strong analytical mindset with forecasting and P&L-driven decision-making
* Excellent executive communication skills for partner and internal meetings
* Native/bilingual English;
additional languages a plus
* Strong academic background in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Experience in entertainment, experiential marketing, media, or consumer tech is preferred
* Interest in developing career at Fever and working from Madrid
