Provide end-to-end HR support, establish HR foundations in a start‑up/launch context, manage labor relations, and partner with operational teams. /ppThe role includes responsibility for employee and labor relations, and effective use of HR digital systems. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliProvide HR generalist support during the launch and scale-up of new manufacturing activity. /liliPartner with management to define organizational structures, staffing plans, and workforce requirements. /liliLead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and capability-building initiatives. Oversee employee relations, training, performance management, internal communication, and HR administration. /liliLabor Relations Union Interaction/negotiation /liliMonitor compliance, workplace climate and identify potential labor risks early. /liliManage HR processes through Workday, ensuring data accuracy, workflow - execution and reporting. /liliContribute to change management, transformation projects and HR digitalization efforts. /liliEnsure alignment with corporate policies and compliance standards. /liliPromote and ensure a safe, inclusive, and collaborative working environment (incl. risk assessment, Supply technical prevention activity consultation and medical services) /li /ulpbr/ppbRequired Qualifications /b /pulli8–10+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or in an equivalent role, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments. /liliExperience in project management or participation in industrial start-up/launch activities. /liliHigh degree of autonomy, organization, and problem-solving. /liliStrong knowledge of HR processes, employment law and HR operations. /liliPractical experience working with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (data entry, workflows, reporting, performance, absence, recruiting, etc.). /liliExcellent communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills. /liliOn-site availability in Zaragoza. /li /ulpbr/ppbPreferred Qualifications /b /pulliExperience in the automotive industry. /liliExperience in large-scale industrial projects, start-ups, or greenfield environments. /liliExperience managing HR metrics and KPI reporting. /liliAdvanced user of Workday (e.g., reports, dashboards, mass uploads, supervisory organization management). /liliCross-functional coordination capability and proactive approach, with strong cross-culture communication skills.
