This role is essential in organizing, delivering, and evaluating high-quality training programs designed to enhance the skills and capabilities of our diverse workforce. The Specialist will independently manage and drive the delivery of complex training initiatives, ensuring they meet the needs of various employee populations across the organization. In addition to program delivery, the Learning Delivery Specialist will support the administrative needs of training courses, collaborating closely with both regional and global teams. Occasional travel may be required to facilitate training sessions and engage with participants directly. /ppThe ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for learning and development. They will play a critical role in creating impactful learning experiences that foster professional growth and contribute to the overall success of our teams. By leveraging strong organizational and interpersonal skills, the Learning Delivery Specialist will ensure that all training programs are executed seamlessly, leading to enhanced employee performance and engagement. /ppbr/ppbOverall Responsibilities: /b /ppbr/ppbProgram management and delivery /b /pulliIndependently manage and drive the delivery of high-complexity programs. /liliDevelop and update run-of-show guides for both in-person and virtual programs. /liliServe as the Program Lead, ensuring expert delivery and smooth execution of programs. /liliCollaborate effectively within the delivery pod to handle all program logistics from setup through completion, including: /liliBooking and setting up meeting rooms (in-person or via Zoom). /liliResearching, selecting, and booking hotels and restaurants. /liliArranging catering and preparing printed materials. /liliAct as co-host and producer in virtual training sessions. /liliSupport onsite logistics and answer attendee questions, leveraging knowledge of content to assist faculty and address all program-related needs. /liliManage the budget for individual programs, ensuring financial adherence. /liliCoordinating with other departments to ensure successful training program execution. /liliDevelop expertise and leverage a comprehensive technical toolkit, including LMS, LXP, event management software, survey tools, and virtual delivery platforms. /li /ulpbr/ppbFacilitator engagement and management /b /pulliDevelop strong professional relationships with internal facilitators and external vendors to determine areas of expertise for core programs. /liliIdentify, confirm, and prepare faculty and facilitators for program delivery based on course content and participant profiles. /liliRecruit appropriate facilitators based on course content and participant profiles. /liliOrganize and facilitate host briefings to provide facilitators with background on the program and relevant facilitation information, collaborating with other LD team members as necessary. /li /ulpbr/ppbLearning program expertise and continuous improvement /b /pulliAct as a subject matter expert on designated learning programs, offering guidance to colleagues within the learning product portfolio. /liliEvaluate participant feedback and recommend improvements to enhance future programs and processes. /liliShare insights with the core content team derived from training experiences and participant evaluations. /liliIdentify and communicate key themes from programs to team members and relevant human capital functions for broader application. /liliDevelop a deep understanding of the learning program portfolio and its relevance to target populations, alongside a comprehensive awareness of the entire LD curriculum /li /ulpbr/ppbProcess Improvement, team collaboration, and problem solving /b /pulliCollaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, promoting a strong culture of teamwork. /liliIdentify and rectify inefficient processes, implementing necessary improvements. /liliProactively address challenges and share expertise with team members. /liliMentor and support colleagues in developing their program delivery skills. /liliWork closely with other Human Capital functions (e.g., Talent Management, Recruiting) to provide support and enhance training initiatives. /liliRepresent the organization with professionalism and integrity, enhancing the LD brand in the region. /li /ulpbr/ppbQualifications: /b /ppbr/pulliBachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. /lili2-4 years of experience in Learning and Development or a related field. /liliProven experience in program management and delivery, particularly in high-complexity training programs. /liliFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), Learning Experience Platforms (LXP), event management software and virtual delivery tools. /liliAbility to travel (10 – 20%), with a current visa. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills and Attributes: /b /ppbr/pulliStrong organizational and project management skills. /liliAbility to build professional relationships and network effectively. /liliStrong attention to detail. /liliExcellent written and verbal communication skills;
