RESPONSIBILITIES
Stay constantly updated on collections, with strong product knowledge and focus on exceeding assigned KPIs
Support all daily boutique activities, working closely with the team and management to maintain impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom and visual merchandising in line with company guidelines
Deliver outstanding customer service with a strong CRM approach, managing client book, appointments and after-sales activities
Represent the brand values, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clients
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2 years' experience within premium or luxury fashion
Experience working with KPIs, CRM systems and client appointments
Fluent English required
