**Responsibilities**:
- ** Lead Digital Transformation Projects**: Oversee and manage digital transformation projects aimed at enhancing demand planning processes, including implementing advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning to improve forecasting accuracy and efficiency.
- ** Collaborate with Cross-functional Teams**: Work closely with various departments, including IT, to ensure seamless integration of digital solutions into demand planning. Foster collaboration and communication among teams to achieve project goals.
- ** Enhance Data-driven Decision Making**: Utilize data analytics and digital tools to provide insights and support decision-making processes, ensuring demand planning decisions are based on accurate and timely data.
- ** Drive Innovation**: Promote a culture of innovation within the demand planning team by encouraging exploration and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
- ** Manage Change**: Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of digital solutions, providing training and support to team members.

**Requirements**:
- ** Basic Technical Knowledge**: Foundational understanding of digital technologies, including data analytics and basic AI concepts.
- ** Digital Fluency**: Comfort with using various digital tools and platforms, with the ability to quickly learn new software and technologies.
- ** Fluent in English is a must.**
