Applicants should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferably in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, Biostatistics, or a related discipline. Proficiency in R, Python, or C++ is required. Familiarity with Linux and Bash, as well as experience with genomic data analysis are preferred. Applicants should be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as in a team. The appointee will participate in research projects involving cancer genomics. Enquiries about this post should be sent to Prof. David Shih at dshih@hku.hk.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical/dental benefits.
