Kantar Media is looking for a dynamic, hands-on Technical Project Manager to support the implementation of technology solutions for a new audience measurement service in a leading market. The ideal candidate will own and implement the Audience Global Support (AGS) infrastructure, systems, and applications in the Azure cloud environment that will operate the client measurement solution.
As the AGS Technical Project Manager, you will oversee the solution, coordinate between support teams, configure, test, and resolve technical challenges to ensure timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end technical implementation of AGS, ensuring systems, applications, training, and documentation meet Sweden solution requirements.
* Coordinate with the overall project PM on workstreams and related tasks; manage escalation processes and implement change management procedures.
* Validate and own the delivery scope for all AGS teams concerning market and technology support.
* Establish checkpoints, manage milestones, and report progress to stakeholders and the cloud migration owner.
* Oversee handover processes to Level 1 local operations and DevOps teams, including training and documentation, aligning with Sweden's requirements.
* Manage support workflows with L1/L2/L3 teams, including process management, escalation, ticketing, and change management.
* Test, configure, review, and approve system deployments, ensuring configurations align with Sweden's solution parameters.
* Review and maintain key documents such as the cloud service profile and solution details.
* Ensure successful implementation of key processes like meters, self-installation, and other delivery phases.
* Collaborate with SMEs to confirm configurations and validate user interfaces.
