We are currently looking for an Organizational Change Manager to lead a Microsoft ERP implementation project.
Start: April 2026
Duration: 9 Month Initial Contract
Location: Hybrid - remote with 3 days per week onsite in Salamanca, Spain ( Expenses covered)
Languages: English and Spanish speaking

Role/Responsibilities
* Proven experience as an Organizational Change Manager
* Experience within Finance functions are highly desirable, particularly across cash collection, cash management, banking, and taxes
* Support the business in assessing and managing change impacts across the programme
* Lead and contribute to the creation of training materials, with potential involvement in delivery
* Work closely with business stakeholders and end users to drive adoption and engagement
* Support the migration of multiple legacy systems into Microsoft Business Centre
* Coordinate meetings and support System Integrator (SI) activities across the project lifecycle
* Provide hands-on support to ensure smooth transition and user readiness
