* Strong background in Java (Spring Boot) development
* Solid experience in Kafka (topics, event validation, transformers, stream processing)
* Deep understanding of event-driven architecture and integration projects (APIs, CDC)
* Experience leading or mentoring developers and managing operational tasks
* Familiarity with JIRA for ticketing, onboarding flow tracking, and coordination
* Knowledge of coding best practices, quality assurance, and code reviews
* Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in distributed environments
* Proactive mindset, capable of pushing projects and dependencies forward autonomously
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
* Lead Kafka event management and Java-based integration initiatives
* Mentor and guide a small team of developers, offering feedback and support
* Coordinate onboarding of new projects, ensuring follow-up on all technical activities
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine technical solutions
* Manage and track tasks via JIRA, following up with multiple technical parties
* Validate event schemas, coordinate transformer changes, and troubleshoot Kafka flows
* Ensure adherence to coding standards through regular code reviews
* Promote innovation and continuous improvement in development and delivery practices
