The mission is to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and innovation in cloud service management.**Perfil****Must requirements*** Minimum 5 years of experience in cloud service delivery or IT service management* Proven experience managing cloud services in enterprise environments* Strong understanding of cloud operations, SLAs, and service lifecycle management* Experience working with cross-functional teams and external vendors* Used to follow up and coordinate operation tasks* Required technical skills: Deep knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and cloud governance and Service delivery manager (BAU/Run)* Proficiency in service performance monitoring and reporting* Familiarity with cost optimization and cloud financial management (FinOps)* Understanding of cloud security, compliance, and risk management* Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes**Optionals technical skills:*** Certifications: ITIL v4, PMP, FinOps Certified Practitioner* Experience with multi-cloud environments and hybrid cloud strategies* Exposure to agile methodologies and DevOps practices* Knowledge of contract and vendor management* Background and experiences: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field* Equivalent experience and certifications may be considered in lieu of formal educationTechnical environnement : ITSM Tools: ServiceNow, Jira Service ManagementMonitoring & Reporting: Azure Monitor, CloudWatch, Grafana, Power BIFrameworks: ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001-Indefinite contract -Salary according to the experience provided.
