As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's operations during the overnight shift, ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for guests, and ensuring smooth and efficient hotel operations. This position is critical to the daily success of the hotel and will require a proactive, service-oriented individual who thrives in a dynamic environment. /ppbr/ppstrongKey Responsibilities: /strong /pullistrongGuest Service Hospitality: /strong /liliProvide exceptional guest service to ensure the satisfaction of our overnight guests. /liliRespond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, ensuring a personalized experience. /liliAssist with check-ins and check-outs during the overnight hours. /liliMonitor the hotel’s security system and ensure the safety and security of guests and staff. /lilistrongNight Auditing Financial Duties: /strong /liliPerform all night audit functions, including balancing and verifying daily hotel financial transactions and reports. /liliReconcile the hotel’s daily revenue, ensuring that all charges are correct and properly accounted for. /liliProcess nightly financial reports and ensure accuracy in billing and revenue distribution. /liliEnsure proper coding and reconciliation of hotel charges and credits. /lilistrongOperational Duties: /strong /liliEnsure all reports, guest folios, and room status updates are complete and accurate. /liliMaintain accurate records of any guest issues, incidents, or requests and follow through to resolution. /liliCommunicate and work closely with the day shift team to ensure smooth transition and update on key operational matters. /lilistrongAdministrative Tasks: /strong /liliComplete end-of-day financial processes and submit required documentation to the accounting team. /liliAssist in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area. /liliSupport the management team by providing feedback on guest preferences, issues, and operational insights. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongQualifications: /strong /ppbr/pullistrongExperience: /strong /liliPrevious experience in a hotel or customer service environment, preferably in a similar role (Night Auditor, Front Desk Agent, or similar). /liliExperience in handling cash, credit transactions, and performing audits is highly preferred. /li /ulpbr/pullistrongSkills: /strong /liliStrong attention to detail and ability to work independently. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills. /liliProficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Protel, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite. /liliKnowledge of accounting principles and financial procedures is a plus. /li /ulpbr/pullistrongOther Requirements: /strong /liliAbility to work the overnight shift (typically 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM). /liliA professional and polished appearance in line with the hotel’s luxury standards. /liliStrong problem-solving skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and resolution. /liliAbility to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. /li /ul
