We are seeking a Senior Technical Asset Manager Renewables (Wind & Solar)Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Technical Asset Manager to join our client’s dynamic team in Madrid.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Asset Management & OversightTake ownership of technical asset management for assigned wind portfolios, while providing technical support for solar PV assets.Manage and coordinate daily interactions with Asset Management and O&M; service providers, ensuring adherence to all contractual terms.Oversee third‑party contractors and advisors, including insurers, market operators, and other external service providers.Build and maintain thorough knowledge of SPV‑level agreements, such as O&M; contracts, asset management agreements, grid connections, land leases, and commercial arrangements.Ensure full compliance with technical, commercial, legal, and regulatory standards across all assets.Review, challenge, and assess service provider procedures and processes to verify compliance with contractual obligations, internal standards, and applicable legislation.Analyze monthly O&M; and performance reports, identify performance gaps or contract deviations, and drive remediation actions.Perform site visits and technical audits to evaluate asset condition, operational availability, and long‑term reliability.Supervise and ensure compliance with cybersecurity requirements related to operational systems and data.Enforce strict adherence to HSE standards and support efficient management of incidents and insurance claims.Performance Monitoring, Analytics & OptimizationDefine, track, and r
