Bucksense is seeking a Senior Digital Account Manager to lead digital strategy, execution, and performance across a portfolio of travel brands.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. You will be responsible for overseeing all digital activities across multiple channels (organic and paid), supporting the Chief Digital Officer in executing the website roadmap, and driving both brand and performance marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate is strategic, hands-on, and performance-driven, with the ability to manage campaigns, collaborate across teams, and use data to continuously improve results.
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with brand positioning and business objectivesIdentify opportunities to improve digital performance, lead generation, and revenue growthSupport digital transformation initiatives and improvements in the overall digital experience
Digital Scope & Campaingn ManagementOversee and execute digital marketing activities across all channels (paid and organic)Plan, launch, and optimize brand and performance campaigns across paid mediaEnsure campaigns are optimized for both creative quality and media efficiencyMonitor performance metrics and continuously improve ROI through data-driven decisions
Website & Digital ExperienceSupport the execution of the website roadmap, including new features, content updates, and UX improvementsCollaborate with design, content, and development teams to enhance user journeys and on-site performanceOptimize landing pages and digital experiences for paid and organic traffic
Client & Stakeholder ManagementPresent performance reports, insights, and recommendationsAlign digital marketing efforts with broader company and client objectives

Product & Brand Understanding4–6+ years of experience in digital marketing or account management~ Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, paid social, email marketing, content marketing, and UX/UI~ Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns and performance reporting~ Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies~ Strong analytical and data-driven mindsetExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projectsAdvanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
