Could you be the full‑time Project Planning Manager in Madrid we’re looking for?
Take on a new challenge and apply your project planning expertise in a cutting‑edge field. You'll update the full schedule for medium and high criticality projects. Day‑to‑day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business – Project Managers, Operations, Sub Systems Manager and Chief of Development – and be the central connector of project interfaces and much more.
Responsibilities
* Work in close collaboration with a Project Manager / Chief of Development, Chief of Operations, Senior Project Planning Manager (PrPM), or Sub‑System Manager (SSM).
* Serve as the central connector of project interfaces, steering execution through robust scheduling and proactive coordination.
* Be a visible and respected leader within the project team, fostering collaboration, maintaining momentum, and driving delivery excellence.
* Own the time‑management topic for their area, providing accurate and timely scheduling information to support decision‑making and ensure the expected On‑Time Delivery (OTD) performance of the project.
* Develop and maintain the project schedule (internal and external) for the area.
* Organise and lead periodic project schedule sessions for the area.
* Provide support to the sub‑system manager on all issues related to the sub‑system project schedule (if applicable).
* Work with new security standards for project planning.
* Contribute to innovative projects.
Qualifications
* Engineering or Business Degree.
* High level in English is a must.
* Minimum 4 years of experience in Project Planning.
* Knowledge of project scheduling theory.
* Practical skills in at least one scheduling software tool.
* Practical skills in MS Office software tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
