The role involves close coordination with internal teams, clients, and partners to ensure accurate contract execution, quality delivery, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage framework contracts and related work orders end to endAct as the main point of contact for contract management topics with assigned clientsCoordinate with customers, consultants, and partners on contractual and delivery mattersCollect, review, and submit technical and financial proposalsPrepare formal and commercial offersProcess specific contracts and maintain contractual documentationMonitor contract performance and ensure quality and complianceFollow up on invoicing terms and prepare supporting documentationProvide administrative and operational support, including meeting coordination and document managementWe look forBachelor degree in Business administration, Accountancy, Communication or a related field.Fluent in English+1 year of experience in administrative tasks, procurement and/or interaction with customers and suppliers.Good command of Office tools (especially Excel and Outlook).Motivated, willing to learn, adaptable and open-minded.
