Global Security & Risk Manager
is to develop and implement a comprehensive security and risk management strategy for the company, ensuring the protection of its assets, people, operations, and reputation from internal and external threats.Additionally, to ensure compliance of security and risk management activities with relevant laws, regulations, standards, and best practices. Manage risk assessments across all countries and local teams, establishing policies, controls, and actions, and deploying corporate guidelines and security strategies. Act as an expert in surveillance and fire regulations, providing rules and mandatory actions to develop activities and projects.What You Will DoAssume the governance of the function, define KPIs, and set responsibilities for central and local teams, managing or building services or contracts needed.Coordinate and oversee security projects and works, manage contracts and security services, and drive actions to research savings and synergies. Monitor the quality of general services.Ensure conformity with regulations, respecting global, country, and local laws, as well as HORSE norms, through applications like the Enterprise Ethics Charter and anti-corruption guides.Serve as the main security interlocutor for protection and prevention within contractual relationships.Follow up on contracts regarding service delivery, quality, billing, and costs, and participate in strategic committees for the function.What We Are Looking ForProven experience and higher education in security, risk management, business administration, or related fields.At least 10 years of progressive experience in security and risk management, ideally in manufacturing, military, or public security sectors.Certifications such as CPP, CISSP, CRISC, or equivalents are a plus.Leadership, management, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to motivate diverse, geographically dispersed teams.High integrity, professionalism, and discretion handling sensitive information.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Effective communication skills in English;
