Your Role
Provide high‑quality customer support with a technical focus
Assist users with platform‑related inquiries and troubleshooting
Deliver solutions in a clear, professional, and empathetic manner
Handle customer interactions across multiple channels
Work in a fast‑paced environment with varying contact volumes
Collaborate with international teams and internal stakeholders
Work Model & Conditions
Location: Lisbon (on‑site)
Schedule: Monday to Sunday (rotational shifts)
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 20:00 (rotational)
Weekends: 08:00 – 17:00
Days Off: 2 rotational days per week
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: €1,100 gross/month (paid over 14 salaries annually)
Performance Bonus: Additional bonus structure

What We’re Looking For
Fluent Dutch (C1 xhfqzwm level or above)
Good command of English
Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
Interest in technical support and digital platforms
Customer‑oriented mindset with high attention to detail
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment
