- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Civil Engineering or related fields
- 2–4 years of consulting, advisory or engineering experience with exposure to transport, ports or infrastructure projects
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and structuring skills
- Excellent PowerPoint and reporting skills with professional communication
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work both independently and in a team
