Responsibilities
Your day to day with us:
* Secondary Logistics management - executing actions.
* Compliance with the company's established control procedures, periodically measured through internal/external audits, and physical inventories at branches and distributors, ensuring they correspond with system stocks.
* Support and management of service to the PepsiCo sales force and customers across the various sales channels (SMF, Retail, and MOP) for each category in the secondary logistics supply chain through logistics operators and distributors, ensuring an optimal quality/cost balance in accordance with the committed operating budget (AOP).
* Manage secondary transport - data management.
* Execution and coordination of all actions needed to guarantee Company commitment with sustainability and environmental care in the secondary transport.
* Execution and implementation of G2M transformation projects: Pre-sales & Delivery, Last Mile Orders per Customer, B2D, R2D, Digital, 24hrs>48hrs Orders, etc.
* Maintain the facilities in proper quality conditions, complying with occupational and health risk requirements according to current regulations (as assessed by the H&S/Health Inspection team and with prior agreement with the Secondary Supervisor).
Qualifications
What will you need to succeed?
* 3 years of experience in managing computer tools, such as Office.
* SAP knowledge would be highly valuable.
* 2 years of experience in logistics management (warehousing, transport, distribution, last mile...).
* Work and analytical capacity, task coordination skills, and a good, self-organized person.
* Basic knowledge of Sales BI and SAP environment.
* Advanced Excel for Reporting (recommended).
* Spanish language is required.
* Intermediate level of written English is a plus.
