This position reports to: R&D; Quality Assurance Specialist/Officer
Your Role and Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to set up and execute tests for different products in accordance with standard testing methodologies and requirements. Each day, you will perform your tasks or activities using skills and techniques as well as a practical understanding of concepts used in robotics, AI, and software quality assurance. You will also showcase your expertise by ensuring proper documentation of the test results.
Core responsibilities
This role is contributing to the Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area in Europe. Main stakeholders are R&D; teams, Robotics Engineers, QA team and Product Owners.
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Supporting in the planning and implementation of test plans for AMR systems, including navigation, perception, and safety validation
- Coordinating maintenance and usage of simulation environments, robotic platforms, and lab testing tools
- Identifying and suggesting solutions related to product non-conformities, defects, and system anomalies
- Assisting external certification inspectors and internal stakeholders during validation and compliance testing activities

Qualifications for the Role
- You are highly skilled in test automation frameworks, CI/CD methodologies, and robotics validation practices, within the robotics, automation, or AI industry
- You have 1-2 years of experience in QA, robotics validation, or autonomous/embedded systems testing
- You have experience working with Python (or similar), and test automation tools, as well as Jira for defect tracking and issue management
- You are highly adept in test automation design, API testing, simulation environments, and data analysis for system validation
- You are passionate about problem-solving, quality engineering, automation, and cross-functional collaboration
- Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Engineering, or related field
- You are at ease communicating in English (B2 or higher)
